自己紹介を１５秒ですることが、なぜ大切なのかは、著書を読むとよく理解でき

１５秒なんて、もたもたしていたらアッという間に終わってしまいます。
それでも工夫をすれば、この１５秒間で一番相手に伝えたい重要な情報をギュッ
と凝縮して伝えることができるのです。

攻撃的なアグレッシブな言い方だと、相手は警戒してしまいます。
また受身的なパッシブな言い方だと、消極的な印象で押しが弱い感じです。
一番理想的なのが積極的なアサーティブな言い方なんだそうです。
アサーティブは、力強さと柔軟性の両方を備えています。
誠意を持って話せば、ハッキリした話し方でも相手の心には入っていくのですね。
アサーティブな話し方が、どんな風にすれば身に付くかは、著書の対話例をよく
読むと参考になるでしょう。
それを職場などで自分なりにアレンジして実践に役立ててみてください。
