なぜ上司は、部下の話をキチンと聞けないのだろうか？
著者の斎藤潔氏は長年、印刷会社の中枢の経営企画室、内部監査室で働いてこら
れたのですが、会社員時代はどうしても、人間関係がうまくいかず、特に会社が
合併したときに慕っていた社長が会長になり、自分とは合わないと思う人が社長
に就任してからは、ずいぶん悩んだそうです。
それがきっかけでコーチングと出逢うことになるのですが、コーチングの勉強を
はじめてからは人生も開けてきて、会社の中でもコミュニケーション力がアップ
して、ずいぶん変化をしていったそうです。
その結果、資格も取ってコーチングを教える仕事に魅力を感じて独立するまでに
至るのですが、ちょっとしたきっかけから人の生き方まで変わることがあるとい
うところが共感できて、著書を読んでいると勇気がわいてきます。
